  • 5 pieces of kale (kale leaves)

  • 3 pieces of kohlrabi
  • 500 g meat (mole)
  • 1 cup of tomato concentrate

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and put it to stew in oil and a little salt, covered.
  2. During this time, wash the kale and kohlrabi. Take the kale off the stem and cut it into short strips, and cut the kohlrabi into 2x2x2cm cubes.
  3. When the onion has become glassy, ​​add the meat that has not been cut into very small pieces. When the meat has released its juice, add the kale and kohlrabi and mix everything. If you need to add a little water so that it is not without liquid.
  4. Add spices that you like. I didn't add a lot of spices because I wanted the taste of kohlrabi and kale to remain, so I just added a spoonful of tomato puree and water to soak it up and some pepper.
