Vasilica.

Basil, ingredients:

  • 20 g of yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 1 kg of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 500 ml of lukewarm water and
  • 50 ml of oil.

Vasilica, preparation:

  • Put the yeast to rise with a teaspoon of sugar and flour in a little lukewarm water.
  • Mix it with flour, salt and water and knead the dough.
  • Let it rise for about half an hour, then move it.
  • Leave it to rest for about half an hour, grease and sprinkle the pan with flour, put the dough and bake at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes. After that, reduce to 160 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy every bite!
