Vegetarian salad meal - Kristina Gašpar
- 200 g of macaroni foam
- 200 g of cooked colorful beans
- 100 g of pickles
- 100 g of pickled red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- salt (pepper and crushed hot pepper to taste)
- 100 grams of edamame
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package, but add turmeric to the water to give the macaroni a yellow color and a slightly more spicy taste.
- Rinse the macaroni under a stream of cold water and chop it so that it is approximately the size of a bean.
- Chop the cucumbers and pepper, then add oil, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, pepper, hot pepper and salt, to taste.
- Grate half of the amount of edamame into the salad, and leave the other half for decoration.
- Pour the salad into a bowl, sprinkle with grated edamame, hot pepper and decorate as desired.
