Vegetarian spread with olives - and violets as inspiration ;). I just couldn't resist them. No, I didn't eat them ;). They served only as decoration.

  • 100 g green olives (pitted)
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika (flat)
  • 0,5 teaspoons of oregano
  • 3 tablespoons of thick tomato juice
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 30 g grated hard cheese (optional, I used emmentaler)
  1. Mix all the listed ingredients except the cheese in a blender or stick mixer. Then add grated cheese and mix.
  2. Serve with pieces of toasted baguette or some pastry and a salad of your choice. I toasted slices of pizza buns in a dry pan, and you can find the recipe for them among my recipes.
