A wreath of wishes - Jadranka Blažić

A wreath of wishes - first, let me not forget to mention. Someone always asks me about the amount of egg whites, how many eggs are needed. You can also use a whole egg instead of the egg white.

I have a problem with egg yolks, so I always avoid them out of fear. One average egg is approximately 50ml, so you can orientate yourself on what you would prefer, the whole egg or just the egg whites like me.

wreath of wishes Jadranka Blazic recipes and cookbook online

A wreath of wishes - first, let me not forget to mention. Someone always asks me about the amount of egg whites, how many eggs are needed. You can also use a whole egg instead of the egg white. I have a problem with egg yolks, so I always avoid them out of fear. One average egg is approximately 50ml, so you can orientate yourself on what you would prefer, the whole egg or just the egg whites like me.

  • 100 g greens in strips
  • 200 g of semolina from permitted grains
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 150 ml of egg white
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 120 g of ricotta cheese (young small cheese)
  • so
  • baking powder
  • various seeds and a little oil
  1. Greens must be removed from the root of the leaf. Arrange them next to each other, roll up tightly and cut into 1 cm wide strips.
  2. put the chopped greens in one bowl and whisk all the other ingredients well in another bowl. Now put them all together, make sure that the greens don't break. You can bake them in a regular deep pan, and you can bake them as muffins, and you can also bake them in a ball mold like I did. Whatever you do will be perfect.
  3. Since I was baking in a ball pan, I previously greased the walls with a brush, then I sprinkled them with various seeds and then carefully transferred the mixture and spread it evenly. I heated the oven to 200C and only then inserted the mold. I'm not exactly sure how long I baked, but it must have been somewhere around 30 minutes. You can certainly check with a toothpick whether it sticks or is baked.
  4. It is extremely tasty, and looks very nice chopped on a plate.
I also designed this dish for the needs of chronic nutrition and it is eaten for breakfast.
