Get rid of belly fat, exercises:

10 exercises, 45 seconds each, with 10 seconds rest between exercises. For this exercise, you should have a medicine ball, some kind of weights, but a water bottle is also sufficient.

  1. lift the left leg and touch the shin with both hands
  2. lift the right leg and touch the shin with both hands
  3. diagonal transfer of the medina ball (weight or water bottle) from the left hip to the opposite side up to the right, over the right shoulder. The left leg is slightly raised.
  4. diagonal transfer of the medina ball (weight or water bottle) from the right hip to the opposite side up to the left, over the left shoulder. The right leg is slightly raised.
  5. hops with legs together, with arms joined in front of the chest, moving left and right
  6. rotation in the hips
  7. folded hands up to the left, lower diagonally down to the right on the hip, while raising the right leg diagonally to the left (quickly)
  8. folded hands up to the right, lower diagonally down to the left on the hip, while raising the left leg diagonally to the right (quickly)
  9. the right hand up to the right, lowers the elbow to the right hip, while raising the right leg in the air
  10. left hand up to the left, lowers the elbow on the left hip, while raising the left leg up
