Cherry cake - Zuzana Grnja

  • Bark:
  • 12 eggs
  • 18 spoon of sugar
  • 9 tablespoon flour
  • 3 spoons of cocoa
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • File 1:
  • 500 g of pitted cherries
  • 1 liter of cherry juice
  • 4 vanilla puddings
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • File 2:
  • 4 whipped cream
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • 4 dl of mineral water
  • 1/2 liter of sour cream
  1. Crusts: Beat 4 egg whites gradually adding 6 spoons of sugar to get a thick mass.
  2. Mix 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, a little baking powder, then add to the egg white mass and knead lightly.
  3. Pour the mass into a greased and floured round pan, 26 cm in diameter, and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  4. From the remaining material, bake two more crusts in the same way.
  5. Filling 1- Mix the pudding in a little cherry juice. Boil the remaining juice and sugar and add the whipped pudding and cherries and cook until the mixture thickens.
  6. Fill 2- Beat the slag with mineral water, according to the instructions on the bag. Add sugar, cream and beat for another 5 minutes.
  7. Fill the cake in the following order: crust, filling 1, filling 2, crust, until all the material is used. Decorate the cake as desired
