Cherry cake - cherries are ripe, so they should definitely be used in all forms.

For the crust:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 g. sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 cups of oil
  • 200 g. flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 spoons of cocoa

For the filling:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g. sugar
  • 100 g. ground walnuts
  • 200 years peeled cherries

For the glaze

  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 50 years butter
  • 2 3 spoons of milk
  1. Beat egg yolks with sugar, then add milk, oil, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa and mix everything.
  2. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180C until a crust forms (about 15-20 min.)
  3. Separately beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually add the sugar, whisking all the time until it melts.
  4. When the cake is half baked, take it out of the oven and coat it with the prepared mixture, return it to bake for another 20 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a steamer, add a little milk and mix everything well, and coat the cooled cake.
Any fruit can be used for this cake, the best is definitely seasonal.
