Fruit rhapsody / compote - Ana Vuletić
Fruit rhapsody / compote - a fresh and healthy meal that you can combine with what you have available, depending on the season.
- 0,25 piece of apple
- 0,25 piece of peach
- 1 piece of plum (sweet)
- 0,5 piece of banana
- Peel the apple, peach and plum and cut them into slices.
- Put it in water and let it boil as for compote, so that the fruit falls apart.
- Strain the fruit through a strainer and add a little water in which it was cooked until you get the desired consistency. You can also mash the fruit with a fork.
- Because of the acidity of this fruit (try it if it's not sour, you can just give it that way) I usually add one banana afterwards to soften the strong taste, which I also mash with a fork.
- Note: Make sure the fruit has cooled down before giving it to your baby.
