Fruit salad with stevia - fruit salad with fruits and stevia from my garden...nice!!!
- apricots
- peaches
- red currants
- white currants
- gooseberry
- smart
- figs
- pears
- stevia leaves
- Preparation procedure:
- Chop the fruit, sweeten with homemade stevia sweetener, cool well and serve.
- If desired, sweet cream or whipped cream can be added.
Stevia sweetener - Ingredients: stevia leaves, water. Method of preparation: dry 20 stevia leaves, crush them so that they are powder (you should get two teaspoons of powder). put two teaspoons of stevia leaves in 1 dcl of boiling water and boil for about 4 minutes. Strain (preferably through a tea filter) and pour into a bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
