Fruit ice cream salad - easy, quick and delicious.
- 1 piece of banana
- 1 piece of peach
- 1 piece of pear
- 6 pieces of blackberries
- 100 g of watermelon
- 35 g of marshmallows
- 100 g of ice cream (optional)
- 10 g of chocolate chips
- lemon juice
- Peel the banana and cover it with lemon juice, cut it in half.
- Cut the fruit into cubes.
- Beat the custard according to the instructions on the bag.
- Take a plate or an oblong bowl and spread a little ice cream, chopped fruit, slag in the middle, stick banana halves on both sides.
- Decorate with the remaining cream and fruit and sprinkle with chocolate crumbs.
