  • Necessary ingredients for the dough:
  • 120 g of margarine or butter
  • 3 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut
  • 200 g flour type 400
  • 2 teaspoons of rum
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • File:
  • 1/2 l of milk
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of margarine or butter
  • 200 g of vanilla cream
  • 50 g of coconut
  • Fruit sauce:
  • 100 g of berries
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of equal density plus water to dissolve 50 ml
  1. For the dough, combine all the dry ingredients, mix well to combine the margarine with the dry ingredients, make hollows, then add the rum and egg. Knead the dough, which should rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick and cut out circles of the desired diameter, bake in a baking tray, smaller or larger, but on the reverse side. Bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
  3. While the dough is resting in the refrigerator, prepare the filling: cook the pudding in milk with sugar in the usual way. Add finely chopped butter to the hot pudding and stir until it melts. Leave the filling to cool down well, then put it in the refrigerator. When it is completely cool, add whipped cream and coconut and beat with a mixer. Put back in the fridge.
  4. When the baskets are baked, make a fruit sauce: bring the fruit and sugar to a boil, mix the mixture with 50 ml of water and cook with the fruit.
  5. Pour a teaspoon of sauce on the bottom of the basket, then the filling, decorate with coconut and pieces of chocolate.
