Fruit pralines.

Fruit pralines, ingredients:

  • 400 g of quality chocolate
  • 8 tablespoons of oil
  • 400 g mix of red fruits (raspberries, blueberries)
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • 10 g of gelatin

Fruit pralines, preparation:

  • Melt the chocolate with oil in a steamer, let it cool a little, then put one teaspoon of chocolate in each opening for the pralines. Brush the inside of the mold. Let the chocolate harden. Repeat the procedure two more times.
  • While the chocolate is setting, make the filling. Mix the red fruit (I used raspberries and blueberries), pour 100 ml of water and add 10 spoons of sugar. Cook on low heat for ten minutes.
  • Pour 3 tablespoons of water over the gelatin and let it swell.
  • Remove the fruit filling from the heat, let it cool for a few minutes, then stir in the gelatin and let it cool completely but not harden.
  • Fill each praline cavity with filling, but not completely. Leave a little space so you can add another teaspoon of chocolate to close the praline.
  • Let it set well and cool.
  • The next day, remove the pralines from the mold and serve.

This measure is enough for 800 grams of praline. Pleasant!
