Vojvodina stuffed peppers - you can cook mashed potatoes with these peppers and add some salad, and I added a mixed Russian salad.

  • 1/2 of ground pork
  • 4 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g of rice
  • fats or oils
  • so
  • beaver
  • mix of spices
  • ground paprika
  • 2 grated potatoes
  • dried peppers
  1. Chop the onion, grate the carrot, wash the rice and leave it in hot water to swell.
  2. Sauté the onion and carrot in a little fat or oil until they soften, then add the ground beef and a little salt.
  3. Drain the rice and combine it with the meat.
  4. Stir in grated potatoes, then pepper, spice mixture and ground paprika.
  5. Continue stewing.
  6. Clean dry peppers from stems and seeds.
  7. Wash them with warm water to soften them.
  8. Fill the peppers with the prepared mass and arrange them in the pan.
  9. Pour water to cover and cook.
  10. At the end, fry the peppers (put ground peppers in hot fat or oil and stir) and roast them in a heated oven.
