Vojvodina stuffed peppers - Biljana Mladenović
Vojvodina stuffed peppers - you can cook mashed potatoes with these peppers and add some salad, and I added a mixed Russian salad.
- 1/2 of ground pork
- 4 onions
- 2 carrots
- 100 g of rice
- fats or oils
- so
- beaver
- mix of spices
- ground paprika
- 2 grated potatoes
- dried peppers
- Chop the onion, grate the carrot, wash the rice and leave it in hot water to swell.
- Sauté the onion and carrot in a little fat or oil until they soften, then add the ground beef and a little salt.
- Drain the rice and combine it with the meat.
- Stir in grated potatoes, then pepper, spice mixture and ground paprika.
- Continue stewing.
- Clean dry peppers from stems and seeds.
- Wash them with warm water to soften them.
- Fill the peppers with the prepared mass and arrange them in the pan.
- Pour water to cover and cook.
- At the end, fry the peppers (put ground peppers in hot fat or oil and stir) and roast them in a heated oven.
