Seasoned tofu cheese - Kristina Gašpar
- 100 g of tofu cheese
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (tamari)
- 1 tablespoon of wholemeal flour
- a pinch of ground rosemary
- a pinch of dried dill (or a little more fresh)
- 3 spoons of sweet corn
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil of your choice
- Decoration: (salad)
- a few cherry tomatoes
- a handful of arugula
- Shred the tofu cheese - cut it into smaller pieces, coat them with soy sauce, sprinkle with wholemeal flour, add dill and rosemary. Combine all ingredients. Fry the tofu cheese prepared in this way for a few minutes on one side and the other, until it turns golden brown. Stir it while frying, regardless of the fact that it may fall apart.
- Pour the tofu cheese on a plate, put the corn in the pan in which you fried it and pour half a dl of water.
- Cook for a few minutes until the corn is tender. Add pepper and salt to taste and if necessary.
- Pour corn over tofu cheese, add tomato pieces and rocket leaves
- If you have fresh dill, add it when serving.
