Poured pie with cherries - Slađana Bokić
Poured pie with cherries - juicy and delicious!
- 500 g of cherries
- 200 g of margarine
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
- 6 eggs
- 300 g of flour
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 600 ml milk
- 250 ml sour cream
- 2 vanilla sugars
- 1 spoons of density
- so
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Beat four eggs with sugar, lemon zest and a little salt.
- Add whipped margarine and flour mixed with baking powder.
- At the end, add milk and mix everything well.
- Pour the prepared mixture into a greased tray and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Mix the sour cream with the remaining 50 g of sugar and eggs and add vanilla sugar and thickener.
- Spread the pitted cherries on the dough and cover with the prepared mixture.
- Bake for another 25 minutes at the same temperature.
- Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
