Burgers in love - Sandra Marković
- For the buns:
- 20 g of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 50 ml milk
- 100 ml of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 300 g flour
- For the burgers:
- 400 g of minced pork
- 200 g of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 large onion
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of oil

- Buns: Put yeast and sugar in warm milk to rise. Knead a soft dough from the other ingredients, cover with a cloth and leave to soak. Divide the dough into 2 balls and separate them with your hands. Let them rise for another 20 minutes, then cut them with a blunt knife. Coat both with lukewarm water and bake in an oven heated to 250 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Coat the baked buns again with lukewarm water and wrap them in a cloth to make them soft.
- Patties: Finely chop the onion, add other ingredients and spices to taste and mix well. Place the resulting mixture in a bowl, cover with self-adhesive foil and leave it overnight in the refrigerator. Coat your hands with oil, shape patties and grill them. Pleasant!
- Tip: Leave the side dish and decoration to your imagination 🙂
