Baked green beans with chicken.
- 700 g of green beans
- 400 g of chicken white meat
- 2 pieces of carrot (larger)
- 150 ml of tomato juice
- oil (a little)

- Cut the meat into pieces and fry it in hot oil. When it changes color, add salt, add carrots (cleaned and cut into rings) and pour water (3-4 cups). Cook at a moderate temperature for 5 minutes, then add green beans.
- Cook for 20 minutes, then add tomato juice and season to taste. If the liquid boils, add another cup of water. Cook a little longer, so that the meat and green beans soften and the liquid boils almost completely.
- Pour into a refractory dish and bake for about half an hour in an oven heated to 180 C.
- Serve warm. Pleasant!
