Baked buckwheat with mushrooms - it's healthy.

  • 200 g of peeled buckwheat
  • 5 dcl of water
  • so
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dcl of cooking cream
  • 100 g of cheese
  1. Wash the buckwheat in water and drain it well, put it on a dry pan and fry it for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Put 5 dcl of warm water in the buckwheat, add salt and cook for 20 minutes once it boils. Buckwheat will cook and absorb the entire amount of water.
  3. Fry 2 finely chopped onion in 1 tablespoons of oil, add chopped champignons, salt, ground pepper and oregano. Fry until the liquid released by the mushrooms disappears.
  4. Mix cooked buckwheat and mushrooms and place in a greased bowl.
  5. Beat 1 egg, add 1 dcl of cooking cream and 100 g of grated cheese, pour over buckwheat and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
