Baked buckwheat with mushrooms - Dana Drobnjak
Baked buckwheat with mushrooms - it's healthy.
- 200 g of peeled buckwheat
- 5 dcl of water
- so
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 dcl of cooking cream
- 100 g of cheese
- Wash the buckwheat in water and drain it well, put it on a dry pan and fry it for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Put 5 dcl of warm water in the buckwheat, add salt and cook for 20 minutes once it boils. Buckwheat will cook and absorb the entire amount of water.
- Fry 2 finely chopped onion in 1 tablespoons of oil, add chopped champignons, salt, ground pepper and oregano. Fry until the liquid released by the mushrooms disappears.
- Mix cooked buckwheat and mushrooms and place in a greased bowl.
- Beat 1 egg, add 1 dcl of cooking cream and 100 g of grated cheese, pour over buckwheat and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
