I like to prepare this chicken for my guests because everyone is surprised by the taste of the chicken fillet dish.

Baked chicken - chicken prepared this way is juicy, soft and melts in your mouth.

  • 500 g of chicken fillet
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • oil (a little)
  • dry herb seasoning (to taste)
  • mustard (if needed)
  • 1 bunch of parsley leaves
  • 150 ml of sour cream
  • 100 g of gouda
  1. Fry a head of finely chopped onion in oil,
  2. Add champignons cut into leaves and grated carrot.
  3. Fry everything well to boil the liquid, season to taste,
  4. Add garlic, finely chopped parsley and sour cream.
  5. Chicken white meat /filet/, cut into thin steaks,
  6. Coat each one with a little mustard, roll in flour on both sides and fry in hot oil for 5 minutes.
  7. on both sides.
  8. Grease an ovenproof dish, spread the champignons on the bottom, and place the chicken white meat on top.
  9. Grate the Gouda over the meat, flatten everything and bake in a heated oven for about 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
Cut the roasted chicken as desired and serve warm with mashed potatoes and a seasonal salad. Pleasant!
