Baked chicken with spinach - Javorka Filipović
- 300 g of pasta as desired
- 300 g of chicken fillet
- 300 g of spinach
- 1 large onion
- oil as needed
- dry herb seasoning and salt to taste
- 300 ml of yogurt
- 150 g of grated Gouda
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil. Chop the chicken fillet, season it to taste, add it to the pan with the onion, and sauté everything together.
- Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water. Drain the cooked pasta.
- Wash and peel the spinach, then drain and chop.
- Add the spinach to the stewed meat and simmer everything together a little more. At the end, add the drained pasta.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased ovenproof dish, pour yogurt over it and sprinkle grated Gouda on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden-yellow on top.
