Baked pancakes - sometimes we want savory pancakes for breakfast or to serve to guests. The variants of the filling are numerous, and this time I made it from what was in the fridge.

  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 200 g of soft flour
  • salt (little)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 300 ml of milk (or a mixture of milk and sour water)
  • 150 g of small cheese
  • 200 g of dry neck (in leaves)
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • sesame seeds (a little)
  • crumbs (little)
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes in a lump-free mixture. If your mixture is thick, add a little more sour water to get the consistency of pancake batter.
    Leave the mixture for 30 minutes and then fry the pancakes.
    Heat the pan well and fry the pancakes at a higher temperature for about 1 minute on each side.
  2. Lubricate the refractory dish with oil, sprinkle a little sesame and crumbs on the bottom.

    Spread each pancake thinly with small cheese, put a sheet of dry neck and fold it into a roll.
    Stack the pancakes in one row.

  3. Beat the sour cream with the egg and coat the filled pancakes with it.
    Sprinkle some sesame seeds and crumbs on top.

    Bake the pancakes in the oven at 200 degrees until they are lightly browned.

Serve them still warm. Although they are also good cold.
