Baked pancakes with cheese - Adilja Hoxha
Baked pancakes with cheese - pancakes filled with cheese.
- 500 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl of sour water
- 6 dl of milk
- a teaspoon of salt
- oil if needed

- 400 grams of cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 yogurt
- so
- Mix the flour with the egg, add salt, sour water and a little milk. Mix with a mixer so that no lumps form. Add the remaining milk and stir with a whisk.
- Bake the pancakes in an oiled pan. You can also add oil to the pancake mix. Bake the pancakes on both sides until the mixture is used up.

- Mix cheese with eggs, add yogurt and a little salt (if the cheese is not salty).
- Fill the pancakes with the prepared filling, roll them up and arrange them in a greased tray.
- Spread the pancakes arranged like this with sour cream. bake for 15 minutes in a heated oven at 250 degrees. Slice and serve.
