Baked pork chops - Ivana Pešić
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 onion
- 200 g of marinated mushrooms
- 200 g of tomato sauce
- 4 leaves of gouda

- Beat the schnitzels, season them and arrange them in a greased dish and coat them with mustard.
- Fry finely chopped onion in oil, add mushrooms, spices and tomato sauce. Fry for about 10 minutes and pour over the schnitzel.
- Cut the cheese into strips and arrange over the sauce.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes.
