Baked pork chops - Ivana Pešić

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of marinated mushrooms
  • 200 g of tomato sauce
  • 4 leaves of gouda
  • beaver
  • landing
  • dry herbal spice
  1. Beat the schnitzels, season them and arrange them in a greased dish and coat them with mustard.
  2. Fry finely chopped onion in oil, add mushrooms, spices and tomato sauce. Fry for about 10 minutes and pour over the schnitzel.
  3. Cut the cheese into strips and arrange over the sauce.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes.
