- 400 g of cauliflower
- 100 g of cheese

Ingredients for the red sauce:
- 200 ml tomato puree
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of honey

Ingredients for the white sauce:
- 400 ml milk
- 1 piece of yolk
- 1 tablespoons of butter
- 0,5 cube soup cubes
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Wash and cut the cauliflower. Cook in salted water to which you have added a little milk, for about 7 minutes.
- Place the drained cauliflower in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Chop a clove of garlic and fry briefly in a little oil, add honey and tomato puree, salt and pepper.
- Beat the milk and egg yolks, boil the soup cube with 100 ml. water.
- Fry flour in butter, then add soup and milk with egg yolk, cook for a few minutes.
- Pour the red sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with basil, then bechamel sauce.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. at the end, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for 1 min.
