Baked potatoes with eggs - when you have no idea what to have for lunch... potatoes always do. Quick and easy to prepare, and very tasty.
- 500 grams of potatoes
- half a deciliter of oil
- so
- beaver
- spices
- a teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 2 deciliters of milk
- 2-3 eggs
- spoon of flour
- a teaspoon of red hot pepper
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings. Fry the potatoes in oil on a low heat, stirring often.
- Add salt, pepper, spices and red ground pepper.
- Fry for about twenty minutes until the potatoes are soft (instead of frying, you can bake the potatoes in a refractory pan).
- Transfer the softened potatoes to the pan.
- Mix the flour with eggs and milk, add a little salt and pour over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with crushed red hot pepper.
- Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes.
