Baked rice - Suzana Mitić
- chicken meat as desired (I used drumstick and carabatak)
- 1 onion
- 2 large carrots

- Saute finely chopped onion in a little oil. Add chicken meat.
- Chop the sorghum and celery into desired pieces and stew them all together.
- Add rice, salt and pepper. Simmer for ten minutes.
- Pour the whole mixture into a fireproof bowl. Pour 2 dl of water and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 C.
