At the end of this year's Week of Italian Cuisine, the Italian Institute of Culture in Belgrade presented a seminar entitled "Slow Food Networks from Italy to the Balkans" about the Terra Madre Balkani and Slow Food networks in Serbia, which presented the Slow Food principles: "good, clean and correctly", which will mark the international campaign "1 years of the Slow Food Manifesto - our food, our planet, our future" in the period from December 10 to 30.

Among the participants, Desislava Dimitrova, advisor of International Slow Food for the Balkans, spoke. Also present were members of the Slow Food network in Serbia who presented special projects: Dragana Veljović from Presìdio Slow Food šljivovice Crvena ranka from Gledić; Ivan Manojlović from the Belgrade creative center Nova Iskra, who presented the European project FOOD IS CULTURE - FUTURE; Euđenio Bera from the social cooperative - tour operator ViaggieMiraggi and Mirjana Ostojić from Convivium Slow Food Dorćol who, in cooperation with Slow Food Internazionale, organize responsible tourism trips along the Danube; Andrea Gallon, director of Kloka Berry. It was stated that most tourists come to Serbia from Italy, when it comes to this type of tourism.

The evening opened with the film "The Adventures of Mr. Food and Mrs. Wine" from 2018 (20'), realized according to the idea of ​​Stefano Belli and directed by Antonio Silvestre, in which the main roles are played by Christian Filangieri, Marco Falagusta, Alessandro Tercinghi and Vincenzo De Michele. This short film depicts the adventures of a group of Italians who manage a restaurant of the same name anchored on the banks of the Seine.

At the end of the event, a tasting of Serbian products evaluated by the Slow Food Serbia network together with Presìdi Slow Food from Italy was organized thanks to the cooperation with Kloka Berry, an ethical project designed by a group of Italian investors to revive a historic village in Šumadija through social inclusion and valuing local traditions. Everything was organized with the musical accompaniment of pianist Maša Babić.

The program of the fourth Week of Italian Cuisine in the world this year was connected with the message "Contributo emergenza acqua". This campaign of the municipality of Venice is intended to help the city that has been severely damaged due to large inflows of water, and will be mentioned at every event, with a review of the previous days and suggestions for help.
