Roots with apples.
Apple jam, ingredients:
- 500 g thin pie crusts,
- 1,5 kg of apples,
- I added 8 spoons of sugar, and you can add more or less to your taste.
- 5 spoons of semolina,
- 2 vanilla sugar and
- oil.
Apple fritters, preparation:
- Take one peel, sprinkle it with a little oil, mix grated apples with sugar, and vanilla with sugar and semolina.
- Spread the mixture on one crust, roll it up, then roll it in a circle and so on, until you use it all up.
- Grease the pan, heat the oven and bake the buns until they are nicely browned.
- At the end of baking, I sprinkled each tangle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
