Roots with apples.

Apple jam, ingredients:

  • 500 g thin pie crusts,
  • 1,5 kg of apples,
  • I added 8 spoons of sugar, and you can add more or less to your taste.
  • 5 spoons of semolina,
  • 2 vanilla sugar and
  • oil.

Apple fritters, preparation:

  • Take one peel, sprinkle it with a little oil, mix grated apples with sugar, and vanilla with sugar and semolina.
  • Spread the mixture on one crust, roll it up, then roll it in a circle and so on, until you use it all up.
  • Grease the pan, heat the oven and bake the buns until they are nicely browned.
  • At the end of baking, I sprinkled each tangle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
