Healthy Brownie - New Year's Reindeer - I must mention that this is a LAST, GLUTEN-FREE cake. Which, in addition, is delicious, healthy and decorative.

Ideal for children, yet it does not contain too much sugar. The combination of spices gives this cake a special aroma. You will simply fall in love at the first bite! (If you haven't already at first glance) . 🙂

Healthy Brownie - New Year's Reindeer - I must mention that this is a LAST, GLUTEN FREE brownie. Which, in addition, is delicious, healthy and decorative.

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 0,5 Cup Rogač
  • 1 cup walnuts (ground)
  • 0,5 cup raisins
  • 2 green apples (grated)
  • 2 dl of sour water
  • 5 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or maltex)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 spoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 0,5 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g of white chocolate
  • 2 bags of colorful candies
  • 16 pieces of breadcrumbs (or pretzels)
  1. Combine all dry ingredients, then add apples, oil and sour water. Mix all the ingredients well and pour them into a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200c for about 40-45 minutes.

    Decorating:

    Melt the dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil, and spread it on the surface of the cake. Leave for an hour in the refrigerator.

    Melt the white chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil, let it cool for a few minutes.
    After that, pour the melted chocolate into the bag on which you made a small hole. And draw on your cake that way. I made the lines, as well as the small dots on which I glued the eyes and nose. I stuck breadcrumbs around the cake. Which are represented by horns.

  2. Must cool before decorating.
