Healthy Brownie - New Year's Reindeer - I must mention that this is a LAST, GLUTEN FREE brownie. Which, in addition, is delicious, healthy and decorative.
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 0,5 Cup Rogač
- 1 cup walnuts (ground)
- 0,5 cup raisins
- 2 green apples (grated)
- 2 dl of sour water
- 5 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or maltex)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 spoon of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 0,5 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 g of white chocolate
- 2 bags of colorful candies
- 16 pieces of breadcrumbs (or pretzels)
- Combine all dry ingredients, then add apples, oil and sour water. Mix all the ingredients well and pour them into a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200c for about 40-45 minutes.
Decorating:
Melt the dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil, and spread it on the surface of the cake. Leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
Melt the white chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil, let it cool for a few minutes.
After that, pour the melted chocolate into the bag on which you made a small hole. And draw on your cake that way. I made the lines, as well as the small dots on which I glued the eyes and nose. I stuck breadcrumbs around the cake. Which are represented by horns. - Must cool before decorating.
