Cauliflower Fritter

From the ingredients you need:

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Additional flour for frying
  • Oil for frying

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Sauté the cauliflower for 15 minutes until tender. Then mix it with all the ingredients and combine well. Make small patties and roll them in flour. Fry them in a pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve them with a little sweet cream and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
