Happy New Year balls - inspired by December and the coming New Year's holidays. I made this little cutie, first of all a healthy treat.

The recipe is really easy, you just need it maximum 15 minutes to make these beautiful balls. They are ideal for children, vegans, and for all those who love sweets.

I love to eat sweets. These healthy New Year's balls can be eaten without a twinge of guilt. Because I know that I am introducing something of high quality into my body, with a lot of protein, vitamins and minerals. And yet delicious.  Try it yourself! 🙂

Healthy New Year's balls - inspired by December and the coming New Year's holidays. I made this little sweet, above all healthy treat.

  • 1 cup DATES (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup almonds (ground)
  • 0,5 cup walnuts (ground)
  • 1/2 cup cranberries (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (powdered)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (powdered)
  • 0,5 teaspoon nutmeg (grated)
  • 1 lemon peel (grated)
  • 1 orange peel (grated)
  1. Grind all the ingredients in a blender or chopper (if the chopper is bigger). If it is smaller, chop one ingredient at a time. After that, combine all the ingredients well by kneading the mixture with your hands.
  2. When you got a bigger compact ball. Tear off smaller pieces, shape into small balls and arrange in green baskets.
