Green boats are one of the varieties of homemade pies with spinach. Spinach has a high content of B vitamins, as well as vitamin A, then vitamins C, K...

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • hot water (if needed)
  • 200 grams of young cheese
  • 150 grams of spinach (chopped)
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 4 spoons of sour cream
  • 1 piece of yolk
  • oil (a little)
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water, add a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour and wait for it to rise. Pour the flour into the mixing bowl and add salt. Make an indentation in the middle, then add the added yeast there.
  2. Then add the other ingredients for the dough - 1 egg, 4-5 tablespoons of oil and warm water as needed. Knead a smooth dough. Let it rise a bit, then unroll the crust and use a large water glass or a mold to cut out circles.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the filling from the listed ingredients - that is, mix the young cheese with chopped spinach, egg and sour cream. Place a spoonful of filling on each circle. Twist the dough only on the sides, that is, only the edges, in order to get the shape of a boat. Arrange them in a pan, brush the top with egg yolk beaten with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour. Serve warm with yogurt, sour cream or sour milk.
