Green flower - Zuzana Grnja

  • Bark:
  • 500 g of soft flour
  • 90 ml of olive oil
  • 200 ml of dry white wine
  • a bit of salt

  • 300 g of spinach
  • 300 g of Srem cheese

  • salt and pepper as needed and to taste
  1. Clean, wash, drain and chop the spinach in a blender. Add semolina, sugar, ground nuts, raisins, combine everything and set aside.
  2. Pour flour, olive oil and salt into a large bowl. Add lukewarm wine and knead a smooth dough, then divide it into two parts. Shape each into a ball, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm.
  3. Place one circle on parchment paper and spread the filling in the circle so that there is a little space around the ends of the dough and in the middle. Cover with another round of dough.
  4. Connect the ends with a fork, and the middle with a cup of the appropriate diameter. With a knife, make cuts every three centimeters from the middle to the end, and turn each triangle by 90 degrees.
  5. Cover the tray with baking paper, put the prepared cake and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
