Vegetables as a base.

Vegetables as a base, ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of oil,
  • 300g of cheese,
  • 2 dl sour cream,
  • 300 g of Swiss chard or spinach,
  • salt to taste
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • enough flour so that the mixture is neither very thick nor thin, I put about 500 g.

For decoration, everything to taste:

  • leek,
  • tomatoes,
  • cool,
  • eggs,
  • salami,
  • according to your taste and current inspiration.

Vegetables as a base, preparation:

  • Chop the Swiss chard, beat the eggs, add sour cream, cheese, cucumber, salt and finally flour.
  • Mix everything well, grease the pan and serve the mixture, decorate according to taste, that is, according to current inspiration.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until nicely browned.
