Winter rose.

Winter rose, ingredients:

  • 700 g of flour,
  • 400 g pumpkin puree,
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 42 g of fresh yeast,
  • 2 teaspoons of salt and
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Winter rose, preparation:

  • Bake the pumpkin in the oven, cool and mash, add sugar, yeast, mayonnaise and flour.
  • Mix everything well and leave the dough to rise in a warm place.
  • Then add a handful of Russian lettuce to the dough (optional).
  • When the dough rises, knead it and shape it into a scone.
  • Cover the pan with baking paper and put the dough.
  • Let it rest for about thirty minutes.
  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees and put the cake to bake.
  • I did not add water or milk, there was no need due to the amount of water in the pumpkin.
