Winter rose.
Winter rose, ingredients:
- 700 g of flour,
- 400 g pumpkin puree,
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 42 g of fresh yeast,
- 2 teaspoons of salt and
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Winter rose, preparation:
- Bake the pumpkin in the oven, cool and mash, add sugar, yeast, mayonnaise and flour.
- Mix everything well and leave the dough to rise in a warm place.
- Then add a handful of Russian lettuce to the dough (optional).
- When the dough rises, knead it and shape it into a scone.
- Cover the pan with baking paper and put the dough.
- Let it rest for about thirty minutes.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees and put the cake to bake.
- I did not add water or milk, there was no need due to the amount of water in the pumpkin.
