Žirići - Suzana Mitić

- 400 g of flour
- 250 g of margarine
- 100 g of ground walnuts
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 1 hazelnut extract
- For rolling zira, you need:
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 200 g of ground hazelnuts
- some jam for joining
- Rub the flour and margarine with your fingers. Add ground walnuts, powdered sugar and hazelnut extract to that. Make a compact mass. Tear small balls from the dough and put them on a small piggy bank - small so that the zirzi is also small. Zirice bakes at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
- Connect two seeds each with jam. Dip a third of the seeds in chocolate and then in ground walnuts. Leave the stake to dry.
