  • 400 g of flour
  • 250 g of margarine
  • 100 g of ground walnuts
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 hazelnut extract
  • For rolling zira, you need:
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 200 g of ground hazelnuts
  • some jam for joining
  1. Rub the flour and margarine with your fingers. Add ground walnuts, powdered sugar and hazelnut extract to that. Make a compact mass. Tear small balls from the dough and put them on a small piggy bank - small so that the zirzi is also small. Zirice bakes at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Connect two seeds each with jam. Dip a third of the seeds in chocolate and then in ground walnuts. Leave the stake to dry.
