Zorica's cake.

Zorica's cake, ingredients:

For the crusts:

  • 8 haha,
  • 175 grams of powdered sugar,
  • 1 margarine,
  • 150 g of cooking chocolate,
  • 150 g of ground plasma.

For I file:

  • 120 ml of sweet cream,
  • 150 g of melted cooking chocolate.

For II file:

  • 400 ml of sour cream,
  • 75 g of crystal sugar,
  • 150 gr of ground plasma and
  • 50 ml of sweet cream.

For the III file:

  • 300 ml of sweet cream,
  • 300 ml of sour cream,
  • 75 g of crystal sugar and
  • 200 g of forest fruit.

For the frosting:

  • 100 g of cooking chocolate and
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.

To decorate around the cake, you need 2 whipped creams.

Zorica's cake, preparation:

Preparing the crust:

  • In a deep bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites with a mixer into a stiff mixture.
  • In another bowl, beat softened margarine, powdered sugar and egg yolks. Add melted chocolate and plasma biscuits to it. Add egg whites to this mass and mix. Divide the resulting mass into three parts.
  • Put baking paper and a third of the obtained mass in the cake mold and bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Repeat the same with the remaining two crusts.

 And the filling is prepared:

  • Use a mixer to whip the sweet cream into stiff whipped cream, then add the cooled melted chocolate and mix.

II fil preparation:

  • Add sugar and sweet cream to the sour cream and slowly mix with a blender, then add the ground plasma and mix everything together.

 III fill preparation:

  • Pour sour cream and sweet cream into a bowl, add 75 g of crystal sugar and drained forest fruit and mix everything gently with a whisk or spoon.
  • Spread the first filling on the cooled first crust, the second filling on the second crust, and spread the liquid filling on the third crust.
  • Make the glaze by melting the chocolate with oil and pouring it over the third filling.
  • Around the cake can be decorated with whipped cream prepared according to the instructions on the bag as shown in the picture.

The cake is enough for eight people.
Preparation time 120 minutes.
