Zvezdice with cheese - crispy bites full of cheese, without yeast. Caraway gives a refined taste, of course who likes it!

  • 250 g of margarine
  • 250 g of cheese
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of cumin
  1. Put margarine in a suitable bowl and mash it with a fork. Add cheese, salt, cumin and knead the dough with flour. Leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Use a rolling pin to spread the crust to approximately 5-7 mm and use a star-shaped rolling pin to remove the dough.

  2. Arrange in a tray with a slight gap. Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
