Sun pie with spinach.
Text:
- 200 ml of water
- 20 g of yeast
- 1 piece of egg
- salt (little)
- 500 g of flour
- sugar (little)

- 300 g of spinach
- 1 onion
- 200 g of small cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- milk (a little)
- 1 egg

- Make a dough from the above ingredients, let it rise.
- Peel the spinach and chop it finely. Finely chop the onion and fry. Add spinach to it and fry a little more. Mix the flour and a little milk, so that the mixture is medium thick. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat, pour beaten egg and cheese, then mix well.
- Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out both parts with a rolling pin into circles with a diameter of about 30 cm. Put one part of the dough on baking paper. Put a circle of filling in the middle of the dough, and make a ring around the circle from the rest of the filling. Cover with another part of the dough. Connect the ends with a fork. Place a large cup in the middle and press to separate a circle from the filling. Cut the resulting hoop, then bevel them.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish with paper. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
