Drinks with cheese.

Cheese drinks, ingredients:

You need for the dough:

  • 2,5 dl of lukewarm water,
  • 1 tablespoon fat,
  • half a teaspoon of salt and
  • 500 grams of flour.

To coat the dough before stretching:

  • 2 tablespoons of fat.

For the filling:

  • 400 g of small cheese,
  • 3 eggs and
  • a teaspoon of salt.

Drinks with cheese, preparation:

  • Pour lukewarm water, salt, fat and flour into the bowl and knead the soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into 5 parts and knead a little more on a floured surface to make noodles. Spread the noodles a little with a rolling pin and let them rest for about 30 minutes.
  • When the dough has rested, on the table on which the tablecloth is placed, which falls over all sides of the table, take the noodles, which we coat with fat and stretch, and separate the ends. Using a tablecloth, transfer the ends of one side so that the crust is double, and do the same on the other side. At one end, we put the cheese, which we mixed with eggs and salt and rolled up. We twist the rolled dough into a circle to make a small pie.
  • We repeat this with the other 4 noodles.
  • We put the pies in a greased pan and bake them in an oven heated to 200 degrees until they are golden brown.

Preparation time is about 80 minutes.
Drinks are enough for 5 people.
There are four drinks in the picture, because the granddaughter ate one.
