Sutlijash with semolina - sutlijash or rice porridge basically consists of: rice, milk and sugar.
Of course, you can add whatever you like to the sutlijash - raisins, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, orange or lemon peel, chocolate...
You can enrich sutlijaš with various fruit, chocolate or other toppings.
Sutlijaš is a porridge that is fed to babies, mostly from the 10th month. When it is prepared for babies, nothing is added except milk, rice and sugar.

Sutlijaš with semolina - Kristina Gašpar
Sutlijash with semolina - sutlijash or rice porridge basically consists of: rice, milk and sugar.
Sutlijash:
- 200 g of rice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1,5 liter of milk
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 150 g of sugar
- 2 spoons of semolina
decoration:
- strawberry topping (optional)
- white chocolate (broken or grated, as needed)
- Pour a cup of water over well-washed rice, add a pinch of salt and cook at a lower temperature.
- When the water is absorbed, add another half cup.
- Then pour 1 l of milk. Cook at a lower temperature.
- When it starts to thicken, pour the rest of the milk.
- Finally, when the rice is sufficiently cooked, mix in sugars and semolina.
- Boil for another minute.
- Pour the sutlijash into bowls, decorate with strawberry topping (or any other fruit topping of your choice) and sprinkle with pieces of white chocolate
