Chicken in white wine with gnocchi - Dragana Skular
Chicken in white wine with gnocchi - delicious chicken with gnocchi and mushrooms and white sauce...
- 2 chicken drumsticks
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml. white wine
- 100 ml. water
- so
- beaver
- dry herbal spice
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 20 gr. of butter
- 300 gr. champignons
- Melt the butter and fry the chicken until it is golden brown.
- Take it out on a plate, then fry finely chopped onion and garlic in the same fat.
- Return the chicken, add salt and pepper, add wine and water, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi.
- Cut the champignons into 4 parts, then fry in oil and add a little pepper and salt.
- Combine the flour, egg yolks and sour cream and add to the chicken.
- Serve with gnocchi and mushrooms...and a glass of white wine.
