Croissants with ham - croissants with ham, children love to eat them for a snack.
- 1 kg of flour
- 180 ml of yogurt
- 180 ml of milk
- 40 g of yeast
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 spoons of sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 100 ml water (lukewarm)
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 piece of egg
- sesame (a little)
- 200 g ham (cut into leaves)
- Leave the yeast to rise in warm water
- Then mix it with flour, then add the other ingredients, eggs, milk, yogurt, salt, sugar, baking powder
- Mix everything well and leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.
- Then divide it into 8 noodles or obgi. Roll each obga into a thin circle, grate margarine over it, then put another circle, and so all eight pieces, put one on top of the other, and grate margarine in between.
- Leave the dough to rest for another 15 minutes, and then roll out as large a circle as possible.
- Cut at least 32 triangles with a sharp knife, and more if desired.
- Place one sunka leaf on each triangle.
- Twist the croissant together with the ham.
- Arrange the croissants in the pan.
- Coat them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Leave it in the pan to rest for another ten minutes and then put it in the heated oven to bake.
