Turkey with peanuts.
- 300 g of white turkey meat
- 1 zucchini (cut into rings)
- 250 ml of neutral cream
- 100 g of peanuts
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 pieces of pear
- Cut the young zucchini into rings and fry in oil, fry the turkey in the same oil. Take out on a plate, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, cover with neutral cream and sprinkle with peanuts. Garnish with pearl barley and, of course, sweeten with pearl barley after a delicious savory meal.
