Gibančići, ingredients:
For the mixture:
- 500 g of cheese,
- 3 eggs,
- 100 ml of carbonated mineral water,
- salt to taste.
To coat the crust:
- oil if necessary.
And more:
- 10 pieces of thin crust,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 80 ml of milk,
- if necessary, sesame.
Gibančići, preparation:
- Put the cheese in a deep dish and mash it with a fork.
- Add eggs, salt to taste (depending on how salty the cheese is), pour in carbonated mineral water and mix with a fork to combine all the ingredients.
- Take one peel and coat it with oil.
- Fold in half (fold the upper side) and coat with oil.
- Fold the upper side again, then turn it to the other side and apply the cheese filling.
- Fold to make a triangle shape.
- Make 9 more triangles in the same way.
- Arrange the prepared triangles in a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 80 ml of milk to the rest of the cheese mixture, mix, and coat the triangles.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Remove the finished triangles from the oven and let them cool.
Tip: Serve them hot with yogurt.
