Cheese rolls - Marija Milošević - Recipes and Cookbook online

Cheese rolls.

Cheese rolls, ingredients:

  • 3,75 dl of lukewarm milk
  • 1 cube (30g) of fresh yeast
  • 1,5 dl oil
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1,5 teaspoons of salt
  • 675 g of white flour
  • 200 g of white mature cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Sesame
  • turkey

Approximate preparation time 100 minutes.

Rolls with cheese, preparation:

  • chop fresh yeast
  • pour lukewarm milk, add sugar and one spoonful of flour
  • stir to dissolve the yeast
  • cover with a cloth and leave for 10-15 minutes for the yeast to activate
  • add salt, oil and gradually add flour while mixing
  • knead the dough well
  • leave the dough to rise for about 30 minutes
  • knead the yeast dough
  • return the dough to leaven for another 15 minutes
  • divide the dough into 6 equal noodles
  • for the filling, shred the cheese
  • add one egg and mix well with the cheese
  • separate the yolks from the whites and leave for coating
  • thin the noodles to 3-4 mm thickness
  • then divide them into eight parts (triangles)
  • Fillet
  • roll into rolls
  • arrange in a baking sheet
  • repeat the whole process with the rest of the dough (noodles)
  • coat the rolls in the tray with egg yolk
  • sprinkle them with sesame seeds
  • cut the butter into cubes and put on each roll
  • leave everything to rest for 10 minutes
  • bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C
  • Pleasant!
