Necina's cake - Jelica Podraščanin - Recipes and Cookbook online

Nec's cake.

Necina's cake, ingredients:

  • 300 grams of roasted coarsely ground hazelnuts,
  • 700 ml of sweet cream,
  • 250 g of milk chocolate,
  • 200 g of white chocolate for cooking,
  • 200 g dark chocolate for cooking,
  • 500 g of mascarpone cheese,
  • 150 g of powdered sugar.

To decorate around the cake:

  • 6 small packages or 4 large packages of Kinder chocolate.

Necina's cake, preparation:

Bark:

  • Combine 300 grams of roasted and coarsely ground hazelnuts and 200 grams of melted cooking chocolate and place in a cake mold and press to make a crust.

Phil I:

  • Beat 500 g of mascarpone cheese with 150 g of powdered sugar and add 250 g of milk chocolate to the solution.
  • Beat 350 ml of sweet cream and add to the prepared cheese and sugar mixture.
  • Spread the resulting filling over the crust in the cake pan.

Phil II:

  • Melt 200 g of white cooking chocolate.
  • Whip 150 ml of sweet cream and add melted white chocolate to it.
  • Place the resulting filling on top of the first filling and leave the cake in the refrigerator to harden.

Frosting:

  • Prepare a glaze of 200 ml of sweet cream that is heated and 200 g of dark chocolate is added to it and mixed with broken chocolate to melt.
  • Pour the glaze over the cake and let the glaze harden.

Take the cooled cake out of the cake mold and place it on a tray, then arrange Kinder chocolate around it.
Since the cake was made for a child's birthday, it was also decorated with figurines and flowers.
