Pita's child, gibančice, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 tablespoon of fat i
- lukewarm water.
Pit's child, gibančice, preparation:
- A teaspoon of salt, a little fat (1 tablespoon) is added to half a kilogram of flour, and a medium-hard dough is kneaded with lukewarm water.
- Shape the dough into three balls, spread them a little with a rolling pin, coat them with fat and leave them to rest for about half an hour.
- Roll out like a pie, roll up and cut into pieces.
- Roll out each piece with a rolling pin and fry in hot fat on both sides until nicely browned.
